On behalf of the Wyndham Vale Primary School community, I would like to extend a warm welcome to you and your family. It is an honour to serve as the acting principal of this exceptional school. As an experienced educator, I am deeply passionate about fostering a love for learning and building strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community.

 

At Wyndham Vale Primary School (WVPS), our vision is "Success for All in Learning and Wellbeing". We strive to create a supportive learning environment where all stakeholders experience success, not only in academic achievements but also in personal wellbeing. While Literacy and Numeracy are key focuses, students also have the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge across a range of subjects, including Physical Education, Visual Arts, AUSLAN, STEM, and Performing Arts.

 

We maintain a consistent approach to student behaviour and management. Through our School Wide Positive Behaviour System, students are explicitly taught social and emotional skills. Our core values—Respect, Responsibility, and Honesty—serve as the foundation for everything we do.

 

Our students are supported by a team of committed and caring teachers, who work collaboratively to create a learning environment that is safe, inclusive, and focused on high expectations. We are dedicated to helping each child reach their full potential, with an emphasis on continuous improvement for all students at their point of need.
